I’m looking for a long-term lodger for my shared property in Heeley, S2.

My home is classic mid terrace Victorian house, with free on-street parking and a sunny garden to the back.

The room available is a large double room, furnished with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables. The room also has a large walk-in cupboard for further storage.

Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, bathroom, study and garden.

- Rent will be £650pm, plus bills
- Bills are currently approx £150 per month for energy, water and internet; council tax will be dependent on your circumstances
- Suitable for a single person or couple
- Pets negotiable

I’m a PhD researcher and will be living/working abroad for a lot of the next 3 years to complete my studies, so you will mostly have the house to yourself!
