Spacious double room on Tasker Road in Crookes, only a 2 minute walk from the high street with easy access to the hospital, university and wider city centre. Your room has a brand new large set of drawers and bedside table from Ikea and a hanging rail contained within a small walk in wardrobe. It is on the middle floor, and has a large window that lets plenty of light in (house is three floors and I am on the upper floor).

Includes all bills, wifi and a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas. The house has a large lounge, kitchen with a pantry, utility room, upstairs bathroom and private rear garden.

I ask you predominantly use most of the kitchen equipment I already have (microwave, air fryer, pots/pans), but there will be space if you have anything you particularly like using. There is a large double height fridge and separate under counter freezer, washing and drying machines.

I've recently moved to Sheffield and work as a doctor with fairly regular 9-5 hours. I'm looking for somebody who is open to socialising in the evenings/weekends on a weekly(ish) basis and am open to most things: running/sports/food. I am also a keen cyclist which I tend to do more at the weekends.
