Room in Sheffield

I’ve recently had a room become available in the house I’m renting in Sheffield. I work full-time after being a student here. The house is furnished apart from a couple of bits I need to get (dining table). I have a fridge freezer, TV, big sofa etc but you would need to sort a bed for your room. I have a spare IKEA wardrobe you can use! There’s a little garden where I’ve been planting things. Really friendly neighbours and nice landlord. I don’t drink but it’s fine if you do, just as long as we can have a relaxed home environment. Good public transport links, a few minutes from the park and nearby shops. Would be great to find someone I can be friends with too! Let me know if you’re interested 😇 The rent is £525 each and then bills are on top of this. The photos are from the original listing (before I moved in). I haven’t included a photo of my bedroom or of the little garden.
