The building comprises approximately 11 rooms per floor, with the exception of the top floor, which has just 4 rooms.

Residents also have access to separate laundry facilities and the property has been recently renovated and upgraded throughout.

All Bills Included- All household bills are included within the monthly rent, making budgeting straightforward and giving you one simple monthly rental payment.

Deposit Options. We offer two deposit options:

DPS Custodial Deposit A traditional refundable tenancy deposit equivalent to one month's rent, which is protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) Custodial Scheme. At the end of the tenancy, the deposit is returned subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement and any agreed deductions for matters such as unpaid rent, damage or other tenant liabilities.

Reposit – Alternative to a Traditional Deposit.

Alternatively, eligible applicants may choose Reposit, which allows you to move in without paying a traditional one-month tenancy deposit. The initial Reposit fee is £150, followed by an annual renewal fee of £35 for as long as the Reposit remains in place. Please note that these payments are non-refundable and are not a tenancy deposit. Choosing Reposit does not remove your responsibility for any unpaid rent, damage or other costs that you may be liable for under your tenancy agreement. Use of Reposit is subject to eligibility, referencing and Reposit's own terms and conditions. Full details will be provided before you decide which deposit option you would like to use.

Application & Referencing. All applicants are subject to our standard reference and eligibility checks before a tenancy can be approved. This may include checks relating to your identity, income/employment, affordability, credit history and previous tenancy history where applicable.
