2 rooms available in a completely refurbished house in Broomhall, Sheffield, close to the city centre and both universities.

The room shown in the photos is the larger of the two available rooms. The second room is currently being finished as part of the refurbishment and will be available shortly.
This is our own home, which my partner and I have completely renovated to a standard that we would want to live in ourselves. We’ve put a lot of thought into the house and wanted to create somewhere that feels comfortable, modern and homely rather than a typical house share.

There are currently three of us living here, all in our mid-twenties. My partner and I own the property, and we also live with a friend who works in Sheffield. We have all graduated from the University of Sheffield and are now working locally.
We’re looking for similar, like-minded people who are clean, respectful and easy-going. We’re generally quite quiet during the week as we all work, but we do enjoy going out occasionally, having a drink together or doing something social.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who wants a friendly house rather than simply somewhere to sleep, but who also understands that everyone has their own life and routine.

The house is in a great location for both universities and the city centre, with everything you need within easy reach.
