If you're a young professional looking for a comfortable home in a brilliant S11 location, and you'd like to live with people who actually enjoy being housemates rather than simply sharing a kitchen, this could be a great fit.

We currently have two double rooms becoming available in our four-bedroom house in Hunters Bar: one standard-sized double and one slightly smaller double.

A quick note about the photos: these are photographs of the actual house, taken after an earlier refurbishment. We're currently giving the communal areas another refresh, with new flooring, redecoration and new furnishings, so things will look a little different by the time the work is finished. We'll be adding new photographs as soon as everything is complete.

The house is in a fantastic spot, just a few minutes' walk from Ecclesall Road, Sharrow Vale and Endcliffe Park, with shops, cafés, bars and restaurants all close by and excellent transport links into the city centre.

A bit about the house

We're currently giving the communal areas a fresh new look, with new flooring, redecoration, new furnishings and a general refresh throughout. The work is nearly complete and we'll have brand-new photographs shortly.

The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable shared living space, as well as a decked yard at the back for sitting outside when Sheffield weather allows!

Who you'll be living with

There are currently two female professional housemates, both very friendly and sociable. They enjoy spending time together and doing things as a house - movie nights and the like, while naturally still having their own space and lives.

We've been letting shared houses for many years and we're quite particular about finding people who will fit happily together. Before anyone moves in, you'll have the chance to meet the existing housemates, and they'll have the chance to meet you too. It means everyone can feel comfortable that it feels like the right fit.

What's included

The rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and high-speed broadband, together with a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.

The location

Hunters Bar is one of Sheffield's best places to live. Ecclesall Road and Sharrow Vale are just a few minutes away, with independent shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets all within easy walking distance.

Endcliffe Park is virtually on the doorstep, and you can follow the parks and green spaces out towards the Peak District.

The main Ecclesall Road bus routes are only a couple of minutes' walk away, and there is free unrestricted on-street parking outside.
