I will be travelling during the rental period, so you will enjoy plenty of privacy. My personal bedroom will remain locked, while you will have use of the rented bedroom and the shared living areas.

I’m looking for a responsible, respectful and tidy person or couple who will take good care of the apartment.

No smoking or vaping indoors, no pets and no parties.

Ideal for working professionals, postgraduate students or anyone looking for comfortable temporary accommodation in central Sheffield.
