Hello!

Myself and my housemates are looking to fill two vacant rooms in our current property, one which has been empty since we moved here in August and one which will become available at the end of November.

We're a peaceful, friendly and quiet bunch, 1 student and 2 professionals, and think our house would be ideal for someone who fits into the easy atmosphere we have and is looking for a well located and pleasant place to live. Shared facilities include the kitchen, living room, the bathroom and a cellar space if you need extra room for storage.

We're about 25 minutes from the city centre on foot, and a stone's throw from Ecclesall Road's shops and some beautiful parks and walks like Endcliffe, the Botanical Gardens and the Cemetery.

We deal directly with our landlord Nadeem, rather than going through the letting agent. He's very responsive and easy to communicate with, getting back to us on things within the day. Between him and the letting agents we've had a strong and professional experience getting the property organised and moved into.

We are in Council Tax Band B, and as a mixed household are liable for it but it's worth noting that if we can find occupants for both rooms, the price of the rent will be lowered as it's been adjusted to account for having an empty room to date. We split Water, Energy and Wifi bills between us equally, but can usually accommodate for tricky months or help each other out in emergencies.
