I am looking to rent out my spare rooms to young professionals or mature students. The house is on the edge of Woodhouse next to a large nature reserve, if you are looking for a peaceful place to come back to after studying or working this is it.
There is an upstairs double bedroom and an attic double bedroom. Both are still available currently. I will have the attic room furnished for the new lodger.
Only a 10 minute drive from Sheffield city centre, its a nice mix of peace and quiet here but also very connected if you want to go into town.
A little bit about me, I am a full time rock climbing instructor and will be out for most of the day for work. I also have a little cat neve, so please make a note of that. Although shes a bit like me and spends most of her time outside!
