Hi everyone! 👋
I’ve recently moved into a flat in Kelham Island and am looking for a flatmate to take the other double bedroom, which comes with its own ensuite bathroom.
A bit about the flat:
💷 Rent: £450 per month, excluding bills
🛏️ Double bedroom with private ensuite
📍 Great location in Kelham Island
A bit about me:
I’m a working professional at a charity in Sheffield. Outside of work, I enjoy running, watching films (anything nerdy) and getting out for weekend hikes. I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate who is considerate, reasonably tidy and happy to share a relaxed, respectful living space.
If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to drop me a message! 😊
