Double Room in a quiet friendly home, Manor Top

I have a double room available in my home in Manor Top, Sheffield, either full-time or Monday–Friday.

* £500 per month full-time
* £350 per month Monday–Friday

The room has just been freshly painted and is currently empty, with furniture arriving next week, so it will be furnished.

It’s a warm, comfortable house with fast Wi-Fi and a lovely garden — ideal for a coffee when the weather plays along! It’s also on the tram and bus routes into the city centre.

You’d be sharing with just me, Joe. I work Monday–Friday in healthcare and like to unwind in a fairly quiet home. I’m often watching TV or playing games in my room, and usually cook once or twice a week. I’m friendly and enjoy a chat, but also appreciate my own space and downtime.

My partner may be over once or twice a week. At weekends I’m often out hiking or away somewhere, so there will be times when you have the place to yourself.

I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and reasonably tidy who would enjoy a similar atmosphere. Someone happy doing their own thing, comfortable having a chat, and thoughtful about noise and shared spaces would be a great fit. I’d like us both to feel comfortable and at home.
