This is a student accommodation in sheffield just 1 min walk from sheffield hallam university and sheffield train station. I am a tenant in this accommodation and i have 16 weeks contract with them which i want to leave as my university is in manchester otherwise there is no reason for vacating this property it’s neat and clean. Rent would be 99 pounds per week if someone who don’t want agreement of 51 weeks or more is welcome to live here for only 2 months after that one should get a house or shared apartment as per their convenience
