Flexible to suit your needs: 4 nights for £340 or 3 nights for £270 pcm.

I've been successfully sharing my home with mid-week guests for over 10 years with people staying up to 3 years. Many guests have worked in the city centre or at the universities as they are a maximum of 36 minutes walk away :-)

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers. Good wifi.

Shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom facilities. You can leave some stuff in the room over the weekend. Cellar for bike storage.

I have another mid week guest in the third bedroom. He is a lovely guy, very quiet and chooses to shower at the gym.

The house lies on a bus route to the city centre (buses 18 and 252). There is free on road parking.

The cost includes everything. No need to clean, put bins out or buy loo rolls as you have to do that in your own home!

Well stocked Co-op on the door step as well as two local real ale pubs.
