So we are ideal for Medical staff doing placements, or on secondment at the hospital. People wanting stopgap accommodation, or travelling workers, such as theatre/ film actors and crew

A large king-size room, with a King-size brass bed, Narnia wardrobe, tub chair, a chest of drawers and a low-boy.

Single bedroom with solid pine bed with a brand new mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Both in a double bay fronted Victorian townhouse, built-in 1884 and still with many of her original features, a few wrinkles and curvy lines. We overlook an Edwardian pocket park in an Edwardian square, off the main road and so quiet.

Whichever room you choose, you'll find drawers and a quantity of wooden hangers in the wardrobe for your clothes, mirrors, a hairdryer, and a 4 piece fluffy towel bale, including an extra-large bath sheet.

Underfloor heating keeps your toes toasty.

Wood-panelled office with a large desk, copier, printer, fax etc. plus extensive library, so you can apply for that next job. Unlimited fibre broadband to keep you entertained and in touch with everyone.

Share of large eat-in Kitchen, separate fridge for guests, Range cooker and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer.
Extra-large wet-room bathroom with toilet, bidet, a whirlpool bath, and now a brand new shower/steam cabinet, so you can soothe those vocal cords. Extra towels are available here too.
A Sauna and a yogic/Thai massage are also available. So you can have a spa day

We are quiet, tidy owners, who understand the late mornings and late nights. We both work from home, so will be here to greet you.

Close to Northern General Hospital, with City Centre for the Theatres or Meadowhall for shopping, a leg stretch or a short bus ride away.
