We have 4 rooms available for summer from 1st July and/or the 2022/23 academic year starting mid September. I am looking for UK and/or international students or young professionals to rent my great house in Hunters Bar!

Rent includes wi-fi, TV license, gas, electric, water rates, cleaner and tumble dryer!

New settees/carpet, kitchen and boiler, making the house cosy! The free wi-fi is already set up, with a flat screen TV with free view and the option of adding Sky TV with Sky Sports and Movies.

This is a large, furnished traditional British Victorian 5 bed house with lots of space for storage: large cloakroom, converted basement (can be used as games room or study). Room 5 (attic room) has en-suite and large bedroom with a sitting room. All other rooms are on ground or first floor of varying sizes.

The property sits on a quiet street and has a lovely back garden. Close to local bars, supermarkets, quirky shops, a popular park and close to town and both universities.
