Cosy Bedroom - bed is queen sized with comfy mattress but can be made in to single for more room.

I have a very large and cosy double room to let, fully furnished with a double bed, desk, bookshelves, and a clothes rail.

The room would suit an honest, tidy, and full-time working professional female or full-time female PhD student who needs a quiet, friendly place to live. A female is preferred as I am a female live-in landlady. I am seeking someone with a regular out-of-house working routine.

About the Location:

Hunter's Bar is a vibrant and safe area with great neighbours. It is close to both universities and major hospitals, local eateries, Endcliffe Park, the Botanical Gardens, and Ecclesall Road. It is also just a quick drive to the Peak District, with buses into Sheffield city centre and the Peaks just 2 minutes away.

About the House and Household:

You will be sharing with myself, a friendly professional female. I work mainly from home. We are a left-leaning, anti-racist, mainly vegetarian household. The house is warm, bright, and cosy with a kitchen-diner, and a garden complete with an outdoor fire, summerhouse, and dining area—just a really nice space to hang out. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower, constant hot water, full central heating, and double glazing. High-speed broadband is included. Rent is fully all-inclusive of all bills (based on a sensible and reasonable use of gas and electricity).

The Vibe:

It is a very quiet, relaxing place to be with lots of happy vibes. This is a peaceful home, so it is best suited for non-smokers (including vapers) and light drinkers or teetotallers who want a calm space to retreat to. It is definitely not a party house! Occasional friends and visitors are absolutely welcome, but the focus is on maintaining a relaxed, quiet environment.
