The room currently available is a good sized ground floor double, with with good quality, comfortable furnishings.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and the gorgeous shared living room has a dining table and chairs, as well as comfy sofas and a large screen TV, for when you just want to relax and unwind.

There is a fully decked yard at the back of the house to sit out and soak up the sunshine, when the weather lends itself!

In terms of housemates, we insist on working professionals, and we turn away anybody who we do not feel would be a good fit with the other housemates. We’re committed to providing great accommodation, and also to making sure that the people living here are really happy to be sharing together, as well as really happy with the house. You will have an opportunity to check out the current housemates (and vice versa) before we proceed with your application.

All bills – electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv license and high speed broadband are included in the monthly rental, as is a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas, to keep everything fresh, clean and tidy – just one payment, nothing else to worry about.

S11 is a fantastic place to live, with a variety of local amenities on the doorstep, including several supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Sharrow Vale Road is just around the corner, with independent shops galore. Transport links into town are great, the main bus route along Ecclesall Road is within a couple of minutes walk, and there is free, unrestricted parking on the street. Endcliffe Park is on the doorstep, and if you want to get away from the city for a while, you can even walk though the parks right into the Peak District.
