Large double room in Netheredge

Are you on the hunt for a new home?

Large, attractive, sunny double room available now in comfortable shared house. This is a friendly, relaxed, well-organised household (2 unrelated professionals, one student visiting sometimes) in one of the most popular parts of Sheffield, close to the cafes and shops of Netheredge corner. The room is fully furnished including double bed, wardrobe and desk.

We have two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, and patio/garden which is great for summer BBQs and sitting out in. There is a bus stop going to town which is opposite the house. There's space for another car on the forecourt if needed. We have two friendly cats.

The rent includes everything - council tax (fast), water, gas, electricity, TV license etc. We have cleaners coming once a week most weeks and that’s included in the rent.

The rent is £475 pcm (single person) or 525 (couple). Couples are welcome (any sex/gender combination). We are internationally minded and cosmopolitan.
If you are a lone parent with child/ren staying sometimes that could perhaps work.
