The rent includes council tax, water, sky TV, sky broadband and tv license. Electricity and gas are extra and are charged every month , summer months are around £60 per month , winter months £80 the bill is shared between the tenants and is managed by the landlord ,

There is no deposit and I am a private landlord.
The current tenants are looking for a new housemate(female) to take the room being vacated. They have just acquired a rescue cat called twigs !
