We are looking for 2 female tenants aged 22–31, ideally a working professional or a postgraduate/master’s student who is also working in a vocational or university-based role.

The house offers a comfortable, relaxed living environment. Perfect for someone who values a clean, respectful, and friendly home atmosphere.

The house is just off Ecclesall Road (Banner Cross) sharing with 3 female young professionals.

The house which was extensively refurbished 8 years ago has a lounge with 2 leather sofas and flat screen smart tv ,there is a large sep dining room with large dining table for 6 people , sep kitchen with fully integrated units including a dish washer . The shower room was completely renovated last year , Heating and hot water is by a combi boiler which was installed 12 months ago
There are 5 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms , outside there is a great decked area for social gatherings.
The house is licensed with Sheffield city council and meets all the required safety standards. Council tax band C.
The rent includes council tax, water, sky TV, sky broadband , tv license. Within the rent there is a £45 allowance for gas and electricity.
There is no deposit and I am a private landlord.
The current tenants are looking for new housemates (female) to take the rooms being vacated. There is also a very friendly house cat ,
