I'm a 39 year old male with a 4 bedroom new-build house on a quiet estate in Kiveton Park. Located just a couple of miles from junction 31 of the M1.

Nearby bus stops, train, shops, library etc. Sheffield City Centre is just 10 miles away.

I'm looking for a lodger for top bedroom which is carpeted with double bed, chest of drawers, some hanging space plus really nice modern ensuite shower room with toilet and sink. The picture doesn't show the room off very well - it's a decent size.

The garage has been converted into a mini gym which you will be fine to use.

£350 per month, plus bond of £200. This includes all bills, council tax etc. Wireless internet in house.

If you're a contractor and looking for a room during the week mainly, I'll be willing to drop the monthly rent - I've had a few contractors stay before.

I've had lodgers here for several years, so am used to having someone stay and am easy to live with. I used to be a self-employed contractor so have worked away myself and know how important it is to have somewhere nice to live.
