Attic room for rent

Lovely attic room available for one person, suitable for professional/mature student. The house is situated just off Abbeydale road close to the Antique's quarter, local shops, pubs, cafes, bus routes into town and out to the peaks and is very close to the climbing works (if you are climber!) and there is on street parking available.
As for myself I am fairly laid back, I'm out most days and some weekends as I work in a hospital. In the evening I like walking my little dog. If you don't like dogs or have a pet allergy this is probably not the place for you.
