Brookfield Rd is quiet but not far from the cafes - closest is Bragazzis-shops, bakeries - Forge Bakehouse - and restaurants of Abbeydale Rd. Picture House Social and Broadfield pub are all close by. Can walk in to town or over to Ecclesall Rd quite easily but of course there are plenty of buses too. As private landlords rather than an agency ,we live locally and can usually respond very quickly to any problems.
