Double room in Walkley

Lovely room in shared house on Industry Street in Walkley. Top floor with great view. Close to all amenities (Asda, eateries like Gerry's Bakery, Freak St Cafe & Asthete, pound shop, cash point, great pubs like the Raven and Blind Monkey and other restaurants etc) and 3 min walk to bus stop. Kelham Island is a 15 min walk down the hill! Crookes 10 mins up the hill. On road parking. Fantastic neighbours with garage opposite. I have my eleven year old son with me 50% of the time. Room comes furnished. There is a brand new double bed and mattress in there (IKEA), a small chest of draws and a sturdy clothes rail. Would prefer a longer let. Wood burner installed for the Winter months and chiminea in the garden for cooler Summer evenings. (Can offer room slightly cheaper to full time students).
