I have available a Lovely large property in the heart of Stannington Village, i share my home with one other housemate Jen and 2 cats, Dizzy and Bella, they are friendly and occasionally like a cuddle. . It’s a peaceful, sociable and friendly home but equally respect privacy and enjoy me time 😌. we are looking to share with mature professionals. The home consists of a shared open plan kitchen/diner, dishwasher and utility room, cosy living room with log burner installed for cosy winter nights, GSH, large private garden with decking which provides a perfect sunny spot, perfect for when the sun comes out to play. Shower and bath, some Off street parking and on road parking available. Close to local ammenities including co -op, chip shop, Lidl short bus journey, and 3 local country pubs and park. 5 mins walk and your in the heart of the Peak district with some beautiful walks. Bus stop is a short walk (5 minute walk if u walk slow) where bus takes you into Hillsbrough where regular trams are available to city centre, university and hospitals. Bills are
