Friendly female lodger to live with owner.

Looking for a friendly, mature housemate to rent my lovely spare room. I am a busy professional so there is no requirement to be particularly sociable.

The room has a comfy double bed and loads of storage; a big double wardrobe with drawers underneath, a tall chest of drawers and a small desk. The room is on the back of the house which is away from the road so nice and quiet. There are no properties overlooking the back so the view from the window is nice, just gardens.

You will have shared access to the beautiful bathroom which has a separate bath and spacious walk-in shower. The dining kitchen is also a shared space, with cupboard, drawer, fridge and freezer space. There is decking and a patio in the garden which you are welcome to use.

Parking is on the road outside. There is an 81 bus stop right outside as well. The house is on the edge of the countryside so there are lovely walks on the doorstep if that's something you like to do.


Happy to look at less nights per week for the right person, obviously at a lower price, if someone doesn't need the full Mon-Fri.
