Cosy and bright double room near Rivelin

I'm Ella (28F) and I'm looking for a like-minded person to join me and my puppy in my house in Stannington. I'm training to become a professional gardener, I'm outdoorsy and a big fan of anything to do with animals and plants. I like having friends round for dinner occasionally but am an early bird rather than a night owl. I'm looking for someone who has experience with dogs or puppies or who is willing to learn as I also have an 18 week old Springador puppy.

The room is small but is south-west facing so is lovely and bright. It has a full double bed with loads of storage space underneath, two chest of drawers and a desk. There is also some space in the loft to store belongings if you need. There is one shared bathroom, a living room, kitchen, garden, basement and shed. There is also free street parking.

The house is located at the bottom of Stannington: a 1 min walk from the bus stop, 5 mins walk to the river Rivelin, 10 min walk to Lidl, 10-15 mins to the Malin Bridge tram stop. Hillsborough shops and park are also within walking distance.
