Double bedroom in a 2 bed house

Double bedroom available in a 2-bed semi-detached house. House features a shared kitchen, living space, bathroom with bath and shower and garden. The room comes furnished with a bed & completely unused mattress, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a hung mirror, all visible in photos. All bills included.

The house is in the village of Whiston, which is within easy commute of Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster. There is on-street parking available outside.

I am the only resident, and a working professional - my job can often involve being away for work, but also working from home. I’m 28 and spend most weekends out walking in the Peak District. I currently occasionally dog sit in the house so someone okay with animals would be preferable, but absolutely not essential and this is something I’d be happy to discuss.

Please note that the house is on the market for sale. I’m happy to answer questions about this prior to or on viewings. This is also why I’ve said pets not suitable, but I’m more than happy to have a conversation about this and would consider someone with a pet
