Peaceful Room overlooking Woodland

Hello Everyone!

I am looking to rent out my spare room to a young professional or mature student. The house is on the edge of Woodhouse next to a large nature reserve, if you are looking for a peaceful place to come back to after studying or working this is it.

Only a 10 minute drive from Sheffield city centre, its a nice mix of peace and quiet here but also very connected if you want to go into town.

A little bit about me, I am a full time rock climbing instructor and will be out for most of the day for work. I also have a little cat neve, so please make a note of that. Although shes a bit like me and spends most of her time outside!

I'm looking for someone with similar interests who is clean and also chilled out like me! If you'd like to have a look at the room and come round for a coffee and chat, please get in touch!
