The house is situated in the very attractive village of Alrewas which is close to Fradley, Lichfield, Burton and Tamworth. Alrewas is within easy access to all major Midlands road and rail networks and is approximately 20 miles from Birmingham and East Midlands airports.
The village has 3 pubs, fish and chip shop, a Chinese take away, and local shop; all within walking distance of the house. The area is within the National Forest and there are a number of attractive canal walks.
