I have a furnished room available for a working professional on a Monday to Friday basis in my 1920's home which is situated in the residential area of Alrewas near to all village amenities.
There is plenty of parking and Wifi throughout. The room is equipped with a kettle, and TV. A separate cooking area is available comprising fridge, toaster, air fryer and microwave.
There is a shared main bathroom with one other person and a 2nd spare toilet. The bathroom has a walk in shower, separate bath, toilet and wash basin.
The room will suit a professional person who needs to work away from home during the week.
Alrewas is 4 miles from both Burton on Trent and Lichfield and 7 miles from Tamworth. The house is within easy access of the A38 and withing close proximity to the M42, and M6.
The weekly cost includes cleaning and linen change every friday.
