The house is a 4-bedroom semi, with off-road parking. Downstairs is underfloor heated, and the bedrooms have both radiators and air-conditioning.
The main shared space is the open plan kitchen/ dining room, which leads to a large patio and garden.

Bathrooms. There are two bathrooms: one on the ground floor, which is a wet-room shower, toilet and sink and one on the first floor, which is the main bathroom with a large shower cubicle, a toilet and sink.

Access. You will have access to the house and garden except for the other bedrooms and the garage.

Transport. Alsager is on the main bus route to Crewe and Hanley. We also have a mainline train station which is used by many for their commute to work.

Landlord. I am a live-in landlord who works full-time and has a form of COPD. This means I cannot accept smokers, vapers, pets, etc.
As a person, I am very quiet, independent, and nearly always busy, but I am slowing down with age.
