This is very much a home rather than a typical house share. One owner will continue to live at the property, so we’re looking for one friendly, respectful and considerate lodger who would enjoy a comfortable, relaxed and well-looked-after home.

We’re looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of the house and happy with a relaxed household where everyone can enjoy their own space.

The room would initially be available for approximately six months, although there may be some flexibility depending on circumstances.
