I am planning ahead so room can be ready sooner if needed. The rooms are not ready yet, they need a spruce up, carpets and painting.
I have said available from August, but it can be ready much sooner than this if required. My son will move his belongings out within the next couple of weeks but this can be made more urgent. I then just need to decorate the rooms, but again this can be made urgent if rooms required, come paint it with me haha.
It is unfurnished except for a small double ottoman bed. I decided to advertise now as any lodger can then have some input to the basic decor of the rooms.
I have just added the one photo for now, screenshot from Google maps. I will add more in time, but viewing the property is better than photos.
