Hi, my female lodger moved out at the end of September and I'm looking to replace her. I live in a quiet, comfortable 3 storey house near the centre of Burton on Trent, a private development and very quiet and peaceful. It’s a 10 mins walk to either the centre or the train station. The room and en-suite occupies the whole of the top floor of my house and is furnished, centrally heated, and has lots of space. This is the only room I rent out, so it's just you here, and me as the live-in landlord. I bought the house new 16 years ago and have lived here since that time. It's a good neighbourhood. All bills are included (possible adjustment for council tax addition) and it's a shared kitchen only. If you're female, aged 25 plus, a non-smoker, and working, then you're very welcome to come and view anytime. I'm retired but very active, and have a preference for a female as having rented out rooms in the past, I have found that females are generally more tidy and considerate than males! I look forward to meeting you as my new lodger. Video available.
