About the house ...

This is a recently refurbished, clean and respectful house share, a short walk from the train station and Burton town centre.

We have a large open plan fully equipped kitchen diner with an American size fridge freezer, dining table, and sitting area. As well as for cooking this room tends to be the social hub of the house but if you want a quiet space we also have a separate living room. So there's plenty of space to socialise or relax.

The room opens onto a south facing garden with a covered patio area, and has it's own private bathroom and kitchenette. You also have access to the main kitchen. Wall mounted TV and new mattress (very comfortable) .

We have shared off-road parking (driveway) for 2 cars. There is more free parking on the street.

About the people ...

This is a new house share so we are still getting to know each other. We are all busy people but like to chat, cook, laugh and get some sleep. This is not a party house.

I travel a lot. I live there for three months in winter and I'm only around for a few days a month in summer. I also have a flat in Berlin (but speak very bad German).
