All shared areas of the house are cleaned weekly. All bills are included as is fibre optic broadband. Mains smoke alarms are fitted all rooms and all electrical items are PAT tested annually. All gas appliances are serviced annually. The usual fire safety equipment is in place. Fire doors are fitted to all bedrooms and lounge. There is a very nice pub around 200 yards away. The Co-op supermarket, fish and chip shop, Pizza shop and post office are a similar distance. Within a five minute walk there is a doctors surgery and a good selection of other shops sand pubs. The riverside gardens and walks are also in this area. The town centre is around 15 minutes walk away. The existing tenants have been at the house for between 1 and 12 years. They work a variety of shifts so the house is a very quiet place.
