Gorgeous period coachhouse 10 min walk from town

En-suite just being totally refurbed the room with new plantations shutters carpet etc . Had brand new massive en suite just finished it’s an amazing room you won’t get better
No adjoining bedroom so very quiet , present tenants are teachers and are very quiet but great people so the potential tenant must get on and meet present tenants first as last tenant removed as untidy and didn’t Asher to house rules
Outside gardens and patios with bbq, party lodge with bar etc and its own forest.
This is tranquil quiet settings perfect tbh for a professional woman but as long as mix with present tenants it’s fine
Price inc bills fast WiFi etc, the rental is usually 650 but I’m presently refurbing kitchen to a very high spec gradually so I charge less even tho no inconvenience just not finished
For the right tenant this is a keeper, I live next door so I can keep chk on things that need doing etc
Upstairs doesn’t have pets the only pet is in flat downstairs a lovely black lab, this is large self contained with own door so really you share with just one person and house is nasive
