Strategically placed, being conveniently situated close to the larger towns of Alsager, Sandbach and Congleton where there are a wide range of local shops and amenities.

Weekly clean included. Use of kitchen, family room, utility. Includes appliances - dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer plus all cutlery, crockery and utensils. It also has a beautiful enclosed garden.

Full time working need only apply. No homeworkers. The village offers two local pubs, local store and Rode Heath, Alsager, Sandbach and Congleton neighbouring the village. Plenty going on if desired.

Professional live in landlord. We like to keep a clean and tidy home and expect house mates to do the same.
