Would suit working professional non smoking preferred and smoking and vaping is not allowed in the property.

I am looking for a person that is clean and tidy and will clean up after themselves. No washing up left in sinks or mess left in kitchens or bathrooms.
Full referencing will be obtained and proof of previous rent payments.
