Two double rooms to let one is a small double

Small double bedroom it’s such a calming room

I have 2 double bedrooms to let one is a small double. All bedrooms have furniture and the small double has Tv on wall the second double is able to have TV fitted to wall. The bathroom kitchen and lounge are shared I keep everything clean and tidy. There is a garden with patio where I smoke I don’t smoke in the house at all. There is only 2 parking spaces out the font of the house. I have a pet dog that is only a puppy and I’m trying to train her to use the garden she is very friendly and a bit of a live wire. I normally go to bed so the lounge is all yours so you don’t have to stay in your room. I am a gay man so I’m open to any gender the small double was decorated march this year and has new carpet new bed and all new bed linen. The second room which is a normal double has 2 double wardrobes and a single walk in wardrobe giving you more space. They are both lovely rooms I forgot to say that there are 2 toilets one downs stairs the other in the bathroom. The council tax band I am is A.
