One double room to let

I have 1 double bedroom to let. The bedroom has furniture and the double room has a 55 inch TV on wall. With Double bed and double wardrobes. The bathroom kitchen and lounge are shared I keep everything clean and tidy. There is a garden with patio where I smoke I don’t smoke in the house at all. There is only 2 parking spaces out the font of the house. I have a pet dog that I’m trying to train her to use the garden she is very friendly and a bit of a live wire. I normally go to bed so the lounge is all yours so you don’t have to stay in your room. I am a gay man so I’m open to any gender the small double was decorated march last year and has new carpet new bed and all new bed linen. It is a lovely clean tidy room that has never had anyone stay in it. I forgot to say that there are 2 toilets one downs stairs the other in the bathroom. I'm sorry to say that I cannot take housing benefit. I expect the full deposit and the first months rent up front every month or I want the months money at the beginning of every month.
