There's a shared living room with a log burner, very large kitchen, garden / patio and dining room.

You would share a bathroom with one other female housemate.

I have a very timid cat so unfortunately I can't take extra pets and I need somebody who likes animals and will be mindful of her.

Rent includes all bills, wifi and Netflix, and possibly other streaming services to be discussed.

Parking can be arranged separately with the neighbours.

I am a graphic designer and my housemate is a trainee architect.
