A fully furnished double sized room for single occupancy only, includes a double bed along with a wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair.

There are two shared bathrooms between a total of 6 tenants.

Housemates keep the place very clean and tidy along with the cleaner who goes in each fortnight.

Taking a room in this house share gives you great access to;

- a mainline railway station giving you direct trains to
Liverpool, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, London and
much more inbetween!

- many shops to suit all your needs.

- cafes, restaurants, fast food outlets and take-aways,
whichever you're in the mood for!

- A state-of-the-art Odeon Luxe cinema. Nice
reclining seats for a luxury night out!

- Plenty of gyms around to keep yourself fit and the
local swimming baths just at the end of the road.

- Stafford has some good nightlife too with clubs and
bars open till late when you've got your dancing shoes

A Holding Deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent is applicable upon reserving a room. This £ will then go towards your first months rent. We do not usually require a deposit - however, if you don't meet the required standards during the application/referencing process - a small deposit may be required.

Should you work from home every day then the rental cost may need to be increased - please check with us.
