Each bedroom has a lock on the door, aerial point and new blinds. The rooms will be furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of draws.

There is no water surcharge despite you having your own en suite. There is also a brand new high spec boiler to give excellent pressure and availability of hot water.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a second spare freezer for backup space. There is a laundry room equipped with 2x washing machines and 2x tumble dryers to make sharing the house as easy as possible.

Good location close to town, supermarkets and plenty of local amenities i. e. pubs, gym, newsagents, post office, takeaways etc..

House has garden with seating area, lawn and shed. There is a communal lounge with couch and a TV. The house has two off road parking spaces and there is other on street parking very nearby.

I am looking to fill the house with friendly and considerate tenants who will look after the place as if it is their own.
