All rooms furnished with a double bed, bedside draws, wardrobe with mirror, chest of draws, desk, chair, lamp and bin.

All bills included with broadband and a cleaner for communal areas (not your rooms, only you have a key to them.)

The house is very spacious and the bedrooms are all very large and furnished in a modern style. They each have a lock, TV aerial point, and excellent signal from the fibre broadband wifi.

There is a good sized kitchen which is over equipped to make sharing easier, with 2 x microwaves and 2 x fridge freezers between 5. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house.

Great location close to town and Asda supermarket. The house has two bathrooms. Also a courtyard style garden.

I am looking to fill the house with friendly and considerate tenants who will look after the place as if it is their own. In return I am an honest and fair landlord who will always be quick to solve any problems you might have at the house. I do not use an agent and you will only ever deal with me personally.

The house is fully licensed with the council and meets all quality, health and safety regulations. I take my responsibilities as a landlord seriously and do things properly.
