There is a good sized kitchen with microwave and large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Shared lounge with table, chairs, couch and TV. Shared bathroom with good size shower. Courtyard garden and storage shed.

Great location close to Tesco supermarket, town center and Stafford Castle. Also local shops and takeaways nearby.

I am looking to fill the house with friendly and considerate tenants who will look after the place as if it is their own. In return I am an honest and fair landlord who will always be quick to solve any problems you might have at the house. I do not use an agent and you will only ever deal with me personally.
