This room is suitable for a couple, however the rent will be £800pcm for a couple.
Rent is £700pcm for single occupancy only.

There is a large communal lounge with TV and two kitchens - one located on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor.

Being located so close to the town centre you'll have access to a great social life with a new shopping centre, cafe's, bars, clubs and fantastic transport links.

Tesco is just a 5 minute walk away, so not too far to carry to carry your food shopping. And for those last minute items a convenience store is located at the end of the street.
Retail park just 10mins walk in the opposite direction where you'll find Home Bargains, B&Q, KFC and Taco Bell.

Keep yourself fit with a swimming pool, gyms and parks nearby.

A Holding Deposit of one weeks rent is applicable upon reserving this room. The £ will then go towards your 1st rent payment which is due just before moving in. References etc are required as part of the application process. Deposit may be required if referencing is not adequately passed. You will require your own TV license if you watch TV in your own room.

Depending upon applicant circumstances, we sometimes do require a deposit of five weeks worth of rent and a guarantor.

Application forms and contract etc are all done online for your convenience.

Council Tax is included whilst the house is banded as one property.

If you permanently work from home there maybe an adjustment in rent to be considered - please ask.

If you have a car, you will need to purchase a parking permit from the council to park in the local streets Mon to Fri 8am-6pm. Outside of these times it is free to park. There is also 24 hour free parking situated at the bottom of the street in the Salt Avenue and Salt Rd areas.
