This is a great house in Penkhull where each room has a flatscreen TV and ensuite installed as standard. The rooms have been neutrally decorated and fully furnished.

The shared kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage space and all the equipment you could need, such as large double oven, fridge /freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

The house is near to a supermarket and local shops, as well as a couple of lovely local pubs and cafes. It is ten minutes walk from Royal Stoke Hospital. All bills are included in the rental price including superfast broadband, utility bills, council tax and regular cleaner.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, just £250 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.
