We have a bright, double, en-suite room available now in this spacious shared house in Penkhull (near Newcastle-Under-Lyme).
It is a conveniently situated house, 20 minutes' walk from Royal Stoke Hospital and 20 minutes' walk to Stoke train station, near to local shops, pubs and cafes.

All bills are included in the rental price and include gas, water, electricity and Council Tax, as well as superfast broadband and a regular cleaner. There is a sofa and TV in the communal kitchen / diner area and a lovely, quiet garden with patio for sitting out during the summer months. The house is in a great location - near to all local amenities and public transport yet quiet and spacious.

All rooms have their own modern, fully-tiled ensuites with power, dual-headed showers. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water! There is also a downstairs toilet just off the laundry room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house.

In addition there is a separate laundry room where you’ll find the washing machine and tumble dryer.
