All rooms are self contained featuring a kitchenette area on suite shower room and a combined bedroom/living space fully furnished* with everything you need to move in..

*Room includes - Bed, Mattress, Wardrobe, Bookcase, Chest of Drawers, Bedside table, Settee (Larger rooms and by request), Microwave & Hotplate

All rooms have an intercom fitted with electronic key card entry on the main doors for security and CCTV in all communal areas. We also have Virgin media high speed broadband and WI-FI in the building.

The Property is located in Stoke town centre, close to Stoke-On-Trent railway station, puts it in a perfect location for travelling, including Hanley and further afield.

Couples are able to share the bigger rooms at a cost of £10 extra per week.

Also available at this site is secure parking, priced at £5 per week (£20 if paid monthly). There is an on site self service launderette which is charged at £2.50 per wash and £1.00 per dry, there is also free drying areas in the rear yard along with a bike rack so you can securely store bicycles free of charge. Parking is available at an extra charge in our onsite car park.

Security deposit equal to a months’ rent is required or there is a low start option available for those without a deposit which requires no deposit upfront but weekly rent would be higher than advertised.

All bills are included ( Council Tax, water, Gas central heating, Virgin internet, Electric), Electric can be included in your rent for an extra £25.00 per month on top of your rent. Otherwise the electric is via pre pay token cards purchased from ourselves in £5, £10 or £20 denominations.

We don't charge any upfront letting fees or admin fees.
