I am looking for someone to fill my current room in Wesley Suites (Flat 4)
I have already signed my new contract to move in with friends so I need someone to take my place ASAP.
The tenancy will be until June (unless you liase to stay over summer etc with landlord)
Close to Staffordshire University 10 minute walk if even that.
The Suite has it's own lounge and toilet/wet room. A double bed. And comes furnished with a sofa bed in lounge, corner desk with chair, double bed in bedroom, mini fridge in the room, bin, chest of drawers, end table, wardrobe and 4 drawers on the bed. You also have a shared kitchen/dining room and utility room with a washer and dryer.
Please contact myself via the email/ad or Carlton Suites in which the room is managed and the landlord for information and viewings.
In regards to the deposit I am not sure if this is neccersary as replacement tenant?
